(1) Apart from re-measurement, if there is a question between two or more people regarding the land measurement, the survey team will submit the necessary evidence from the relevant parties to the surveyor's office for decision.
(2) If it is submitted for a decision according to sub-rule (1), the concerned surveyor Goshwara will make a decision within thirty days after making the necessary inquiry to temporarily register such land in the regional register in the name of the party whose evidence is strong until the final decision is made by the court.
